01 Provider Eligibility
To register as a service provider on FixoraX, you must:
- Be legally eligible to work in your region.
- Provide valid identification documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.).
- Maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Follow FixoraX service guidelines and quality standards.
02 Commission Structure
FixoraX operates on a commission-based model. We may deduct a platform commission and applicable service charges from your earnings for each successfully completed booking.
03 Quality Standards
Providers are expected to maintain high service standards:
- Arrive on time for every scheduled booking.
- Carry all required tools and equipment for the service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain proper hygiene.
04 Fraud & Misconduct
Strict action, including permanent suspension, will be taken against:
- Fake service completion or fraudulent claims.
- Direct payment bypass attempts (dealing outside the platform).
- Customer harassment or unprofessional behavior.
- Overcharging customers or providing misleading information.
- Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings.
05 Provider Independence
Providers using FixoraX are independent professionals and not employees of the platform unless officially hired for a specific role. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business operations.
06 Payment Settlement
Provider payouts are processed on a regular basis. You can choose from daily, weekly, or specific payout cycles as available in your provider dashboard.
