Refund & Cancellation Policy

01 Customer Cancellation

  • Free cancellation before provider dispatch.
  • Visiting fee may apply after provider reaches location.
  • Emergency bookings may have partial cancellation charges.

02 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Failed bookings or technical issues.
  • Duplicate payments made for the same service.
  • Provider no-show cases without prior notice.
  • Service quality disputes after a thorough investigation.

03 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work already completed and signed off by the customer.
  • Customer unavailability at the scheduled time.
  • Incorrect booking details provided by the user.
  • Material purchase already completed for the service.

04 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within **5–7 business days**. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
