Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our dedicated service partners.
01 Customer Cancellation
- Free cancellation before provider dispatch.
- Visiting fee may apply after provider reaches location.
- Emergency bookings may have partial cancellation charges.
02 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued for:
- Failed bookings or technical issues.
- Duplicate payments made for the same service.
- Provider no-show cases without prior notice.
- Service quality disputes after a thorough investigation.
03 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Work already completed and signed off by the customer.
- Customer unavailability at the scheduled time.
- Incorrect booking details provided by the user.
- Material purchase already completed for the service.
04 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within **5–7 business days**. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
